We are currently looking for a Nordic Speaking Accommodation Services Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely from Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Nordic-speaking clients with their accommodation needs as they relocate. Your primary goal will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their housing search. You will utilize your language skills to bridge communication with clients and property providers, guiding them through every step of the process. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients looking for accommodation solutions
- Assess client needs and preferences to recommend appropriate housing options
- Coordinate interactions between clients and property owners or agents to facilitate viewings and negotiations
- Manage client inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage updates in our CRM system
- Stay informed about local housing market trends and regulations to provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality of service and address client feedback effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or accommodation services is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills coupled with a knack for building relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with the Greek housing market and local regulations is a plus
- Competent in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
