The House of Mercier is excited to announce an opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Technical Support Representative, available to work remotely from Greece. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers while providing excellent technical support in a Nordic language. You will assist our clients with their inquiries and technical issues, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional technical support to customers in Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) via phone, email, and chat, effectively resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues
Guide users through product setup, configuration, and usage, ensuring they benefit fully from our offerings
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges, escalating complex problems to the relevant teams as necessary
Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to share customer feedback and contribute to service enhancements
Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed support
Assist in creating and updating help documentation and self-service resources for customers

Requirements

Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, etc.) and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in a technology-focused environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction
Excellent communication abilities, demonstrating clarity and empathy in customer interactions
Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
A proactive attitude with a commitment to resolving customer issues and enhancing their experience
