The House of Mercier is excited to offer a position for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in online travel, available remotely from Greece. In this important role, you will assist our Nordic-speaking clients with inquiries related to their online travel bookings and experiences. Your fluency in a Nordic language will be essential in providing personalized support and ensuring a seamless travel planning experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a Nordic language through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to online travel services
Assist clients with booking arrangements, itinerary changes, and travel recommendations
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of inquiries and outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to escalate complex issues and work toward effective solutions
Stay informed about the latest travel trends, promotions, and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance
Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and building loyalty in the travel sector

Requirements

Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) and English, both written and spoken
Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
Ability to troubleshoot inquiries and provide effective solutions
Familiarity with online travel booking systems and practices is a plus
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
