Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Nordic market through strategic outreach and networking
- Engage with potential clients to understand their logistics needs and present tailored solutions that address their specific challenges
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the advantages of our logistics services
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve client inquiries and provide excellent service
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform your sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of The House of Mercier
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish) and English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within logistics or supply chain management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and propose effective logistics solutions
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools
