In this vital role, you will be responsible for assisting our Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries related to our innovative fitness technology products and services. Your language skills will enable you to engage effectively with clients, helping them make the most of their fitness journeys through our offerings.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) through various channels including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about fitness technology products
- Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues and provide detailed guidance on product features and benefits
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records in the customer support system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly
- Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness technology and product offerings to deliver knowledgeable support
- Contribute to initiatives designed to enhance customer experience and engagement with our products
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support, preferably in fitness technology or related fields
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through effective solutions
- Familiarity with fitness technology products and customer service software is a plus
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote setting
