Responsibilities

Respond promptly to emergency calls from German-speaking clients requiring roadside assistance with professionalism and urgency
Assess vehicle issues over the phone and provide clear guidance or coordinate necessary towing and repair services
Maintain empathetic communication with customers, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the assistance process
Accurately document all service interactions in accordance with company protocols
Collaborate efficiently with local service providers and emergency teams to ensure timely and effective assistance
Aim for high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering reliable and efficient service
Stay updated on company policies, roadside assistance procedures, and local traffic regulations to provide informed support

Requirements

Fluency in German and English; knowledge of Greek is advantageous
Previous experience in customer service, emergency assistance, or the automotive sector is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer care
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic remote environment
Proficient in using computer systems and communication technologies
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
