Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with travel bookings, changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups on pending inquiries
- Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to gather necessary information for client assistance
- Stay informed about travel industry trends, policy changes, and our company's products and services to offer accurate information
- Meet and strive to exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
- Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Comfortable using customer service software and CRM tools
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
