Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with order-related inquiries, returns, and product information
- Provide knowledgeable and accurate product details to enhance the customer shopping experience
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update the database accordingly
- Collaborate with team members to identify common customer issues and enhance the service provided
- Gather, analyze, and report customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Engage in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and best customer service practices
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is essential; proficiency in English is also required
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in an e-commerce environment, is preferred
- A strong interest in fashion and knowledge of current fashion trends
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with customer service software and remote communication tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
