- Efficiently process customer orders, manage inquiries, and handle returns to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism, focusing on achieving optimal customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and responses to ensure high-quality service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback, contributing to improvements in our services and offerings
- Stay updated on product knowledge, jewelry trends, and promotional campaigns to provide informed assistance and recommendations to clients

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written, is required
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the luxury retail or jewelry sectors, is preferred
