Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing a variety of inquiries related to our products and services
- Assist customers with account management, order processing, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure proper documentation of service requests
- Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer needs
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers accurately
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a remote setting, is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and with professionalism
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
