Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency calls from Italian-speaking clients needing roadside assistance
- Evaluate vehicle issues over the phone and provide clear instructions or coordinate necessary towing and repair services
- Ensure empathetic and reassuring communication with customers, keeping them informed throughout their emergency situation
- Accurately document all customer interactions following company protocols
- Collaborate with local service providers and emergency responders to facilitate timely assistance
- Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by providing reliable and efficient service
- Stay informed about company policies, roadside assistance procedures, and local driving regulations to provide knowledgeable support
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of Greek is advantageous
- Experience in customer service, emergency assistance, or the automotive industry is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer care
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficient in using computer systems and communication technologies
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
