Key Responsibilities
- Assist Italian-speaking clients with their inquiries related to search engine services and optimization techniques
- Provide guidance on effectively utilizing search engine tools to enhance their online visibility
- Respond to customer inquiries with clarity, delivering tailored solutions that meet their individual needs
- Evaluate customer accounts and offer personalized recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide relevant insights to clients
- Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous service enhancement

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or digital marketing, particularly in search engine optimization, is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner
- Familiarity with search engine tools and analytics platforms is a plus
