Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with booking flights, managing changes or cancellations, and addressing any travel-related inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, striving for high levels of satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding matters as necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams and airline partners to ensure customer needs are met effectively
- Stay informed about airline policies, travel regulations, and industry changes to provide accurate information
- Work towards achieving key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Proficient in using customer service software and airline booking systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being a team player
