In this role, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries related to a range of high-quality electronic products. Your role will involve supporting customers through various channels, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to enhance their experience with our innovative products. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing product inquiries, technical support issues, and order information
- Assist customers with product troubleshooting, usage instructions, and warranty claims
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and reporting
- Cooperate with technical support and other departments to expedite resolutions for complex inquiries
- Stay informed about the latest products, technologies, and promotions to provide accurate information
- Strive to meet and exceed customer service performance metrics
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or technology sector
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude to assist customers effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being a collaborative team player
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
