Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with questions about financial products, account management, and service inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive experience
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain thorough records
- Coordinate with relevant teams to address complex customer issues or inquiries
- Stay updated on financial regulations, products, and company policies to provide informed assistance
- Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and responsiveness
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Familiarity with CRM software and financial services is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
