The House of Mercier is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Experience Associate to join our remote team based in Greece. In this key role, you will be the primary support for our Italian-speaking customers, ensuring they receive exceptional assistance with our innovative FinTech solutions. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our FinTech offerings and resolve their concerns efficiently
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to facilitate improvements in our products and services
- Collaborate with different teams to provide comprehensive solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product features and market trends to provide informed support to customers
- Foster long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions for quality assurance and compliance purposes
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the technology or FinTech industry
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information in an accessible manner to customers
- Experience in using customer feedback to improve service delivery is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software would be advantageous
- A positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment are essential
