Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to our products and services
- Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and any changes or issues with their purchases
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all necessary follow-ups are conducted
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met and resolved efficiently
- Stay informed about company policies, products, and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information
- Meet and exceed service level targets related to customer satisfaction and efficiency
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
