The House of Mercier is seeking a Nordic Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistant to join our remote team in Greece. In this essential role, you will provide immediate support to Nordic-speaking motorists facing roadside emergencies. Responsibilities
- Answer emergency calls from Nordic-speaking clients needing roadside assistance with urgency and professionalism
- Diagnose vehicle problems over the phone and offer clear guidance or arrange for towing and repair services as necessary
- Maintain open and reassuring communication with customers, keeping them informed and calm during stressful situations
- Document all customer interactions accurately according to company standards
- Coordinate effectively with local service providers and emergency responders to facilitate prompt assistance
- Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service resolution
- Stay informed about company policies, roadside assistance protocols, and local driving regulations to provide knowledgeable support
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English; knowledge of Greek is a plus
- Experience in customer service, emergency assistance, or automotive sectors is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable using technology and computer systems
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
