Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries about our luxury offerings
- Guide customers through the ordering process, provide detailed product information, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming to ensure a positive resolution for each situation
- Document customer interactions accurately to maintain a clear record for future reference and service improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to support customer needs and enhance overall service quality
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and market trends to provide relevant advice and recommendations to customers
- Participate in training sessions to further develop your skills and knowledge within the luxury retail sector
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer support, especially within the luxury or premium retail sector, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively and offer constructive solutions to customer inquiries and challenges
- Interest in luxury products and a solid understanding of the customer journey in high-end retail environments
- Self-disciplined and motivated, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setup
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively
