In this essential role, you will be the go-to support for our Nordic-speaking customers, ensuring they receive exceptional assistance as they interact with our innovative FinTech solutions. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our FinTech products and promptly resolve any concerns
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to the enhancement of our services and offerings
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about product features and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention
- Document customer interactions for quality assurance and compliance purposes
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly within the technology or FinTech sector, is preferred
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and approachable manner to customers
- Experience in utilizing customer feedback to improve service delivery is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools is beneficial
- A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment are essential
