Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch technical support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues related to our products and services
- Guide customers on optimal product usage and provide effective solutions
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately within our support database
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries effectively
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance the quality of support
- Participate in continuous training to improve your technical expertise and product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service, ideally in technology-driven environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of technical concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with customer service software and support tools is an asset
- A team-oriented individual with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
