The House of Mercier is looking for a Nordic Speaking Interaction Expert for our Remote Car Rental Service based in Greece. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to assist our Nordic customers by providing exceptional support throughout their car rental experience. Your expertise in customer service, along with a deep understanding of the rental industry, will ensure that we deliver the highest standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Nordic-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries related to car rentals
- Assist customers in navigating the booking process, making modifications, and returning rental vehicles smoothly
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy, aiming for the highest levels of satisfaction
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute insights for ongoing service improvements
- Collaborate with the operations team to address any logistical challenges that may arise during customer interactions
- Stay informed about rental policies, vehicle options, and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere in all customer conversations to foster loyalty
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language and English, both written and verbal, is essential
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the car rental or tourism industry, is preferred
- Outstanding communication skills with a passion for building rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to meet customer needs
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and approachable manner
- Experience with customer relationship management systems is beneficial
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment
