Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve diverse technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking
- Guide customers through the problem-solving process with clear and effective communication
- Accurately document customer interactions and the resolutions to technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and optimize customer experiences
- Provide feedback on recurring technical problems to assist in improving support processes
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is essential
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT field is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with clear communication of technical concepts
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals
- Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation assistance provided
