Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat while working remotely
- Assist clients with inquiries related to luxury jewelry products, orders, and brand updates
- Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly and professionally
- Provide tailored recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
- Document customer interactions accurately for service enhancement
- Collabocate with team members to improve service quality and overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations
- Interest in luxury jewelry and fashion is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management systems is preferred
