Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries and support related to products and services

- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team, especially in a remote environment
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation assistance provided
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and customer management systems
