Responsibilities
- Assist Czech-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding video streaming services through phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video playback, account management, and device setups
- Guide customers through service features and provide clear instructions for setup processes
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with the technical support team to continually enhance customer satisfaction
- Collect and document customer feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential
- Experience in customer support or a similar role in the tech or streaming industry is preferred
- Strong communication skills and an ability to solve problems effectively
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and related technologies is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
