The Role
Located at our Limassol head office, your role will focus on fostering strong customer relationships and actively supporting our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries.
- Collaborating with team members to provide the best possible customer experience.
- Managing customer orders and keeping clients updated throughout their purchasing journey.
- Provide a hands on support for colleagues in the receipt and despatch of orders
- Become experienced in use of our software to manage the process
- Respond to incoming reviews and enquiries on social media
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual who can say YES to the following:
- A strong communicator comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Client-focused, with a genuine desire to provide effective solutions to customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and take initiative.
- Fluent in Greek with a good command of English (Russian is an advantage).
- Computer literate with knowledge of POS systems.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage but not required.
