In this role, you will refine business models, shape product offerings, and guide the organizations product-centric operating model. This position is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong background in marketing and product management, as well as a deep understanding of maritime operations.

Responsibilities:

Engage directly with customers, applying user-centric design principles to gather insights and validate the desirability of product offerings.
Lead the adoption of a product-centric operating model by implementing new processes, governance, and a robust product development framework.
Help build and mentor the Product Management team, establishing a strong product management discipline throughout the organization.
Work closely with architects and product owners to assess costs and prioritize investments that align with revenue goals, ensuring the business remains profitable.
Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics that will drive key technology and partnership decisions.
Lead the product development process from concept to launch, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, ensuring that features and improvements are prioritized based on customer feedback and business objectives.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product alignment and success, driving collaboration and business growth.
Develop and communicate a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with the company’s vision.

Requirements:

Proven experience for at least 5 years in marketing and product management, ideally within technology, maritime, or communications industries.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of influencing across all levels.
Experience in market analysis, business modeling, and evaluating economic impacts.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

Benefits:

Salary depending on experience and qualifications: 60,000 – 80,000 EUR Gross per year (13th salary)
