Our client is a digital services provide operating within the iGaming field. They are looking for a VIP sports book experts who will be responsible for managing and improving the experience of VIPs.
Responsibilities:
- Being able to search and find for solutions of customers issues
- Able to analyse customers behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs
- Monitor customers performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting
- Ensure that products compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
- Hours must be worked during shift business hours
Requirements:
- Australian or New Zealand speaker with proficiency in English.
- Deep knowledge and experience in Sports Book and VIP customers management.
- Proactive person with good support / sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage
