✅ Requirements:
✔️ Basic understanding of technical development process (from requirements and development to delievery) - backend, frontend, QA processes
✔️ Proficiency in English at a minimum A2 level, with strong written communication skills.
✔️ Prior experience in technical support is plus.
✔️ Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, thorough approach to tasks.
✅ Responsibilities:
✔️ Communicate with partners via email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
✔️ Create and manage tickets in Jira, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
✔️ Configure settings in the backoffice.
✔️ Update and maintain existing documentation as needed.
✔️ Take on occasional additional tasks related to the role's scope.
