Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Nordic languages with inquiries related to rental services through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
- Guide clients through the rental booking process, explaining terms, conditions, and services clearly
- Effectively manage and resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Collaborate with the remote team to continuously enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on rental services, industry trends, and internal policies
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the system
- Share insights with the team to support service improvements and contribute to overall objectives
Requirements
- Fluency in Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the rental, travel, or tourism sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting
- Proficient in problem-solving and attentive to detail
- Familiarity with customer service technologies and systems is advantageous
- Flexible work availability, including evenings and weekends when necessary
