Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers needing roadside assistance
- Assess customer needs and coordinate the appropriate assistance swiftly and efficiently
- Maintain clear and supportive communication with clients throughout the service process
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure prompt and high-quality service delivery
- Accurately document all client interactions and assistance requests for follow-up
- Gather feedback from customers to identify improvement opportunities in service quality
Requirements
- Fluency in French and strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a remote support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask efficiently
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a dedication to exceptional customer care
- Familiarity with automotive services or roadside assistance is advantageous
- Must be based in Greece and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
