Italian Speaking Customer Advisor for iGaming to join our remote team in Greece. This role is tailored for individuals who are enthusiastic about the online gaming sector and possess strong customer service skills. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, ensuring they enjoy a smooth and engaging gaming experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients via various communication channels, addressing inquiries related to accounts, promotions, and gameplay
- Offer detailed guidance on game features, bonuses, and promotional offerings to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
- Manage customer complaints and technical issues promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of service
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the iGaming industry to provide knowledgeable assistance
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to support continuous service improvement
- Collaborate with remote team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment
- Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and retention among our Italian-speaking clientele
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of Greek is a plus
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the iGaming or online entertainment industry, is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Able to explain complex gaming concepts simply and engagingly
- Detail-oriented and equipped with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with iGaming platforms and customer support software is beneficial
