Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Nordic-speaking customers, managing inquiries with professionalism and care
- Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate assistance to customers
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and gather insightful feedback
- Analyze customer interactions and trends to identify areas for service enhancement
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A genuine interest in online media and awareness of relevant industry trends
