Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, managing inquiries and providing comprehensive support
- Engage with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Obtain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to deliver accurate information and assistance
- Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to service improvements
- Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and gather valuable insights
- Analyze customer interactions and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for enhancement
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
