Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat
- Address client inquiries and promptly resolve issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights for continuous improvement
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and update our CRM system accurately
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our services and tools
- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay informed about product updates and best practices in customer support
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must
- Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and effective problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently within a remote environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM platforms is advantageous

- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
