The House of Mercier is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Polish Speaking Technical Support Representative, who will work remotely from Greece. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding technical assistance to our Polish-speaking customers, helping them navigate their inquiries and resolve any technical issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support to customers in Polish via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently
- Assist users with product setup, configuration, and troubleshooting to maximize their experience with our offerings
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges, escalating complex issues to specialized teams as necessary
- Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining detailed records of inquiries and resolutions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and inform service improvements
- Stay well-informed about product features, updates, and industry trends to provide relevant support
- Help develop and update help documentation and self-service resources to empower customers
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in a technology-centric environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer support
- Outstanding communication skills that demonstrate clarity and empathy in interactions
- Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting
- A proactive and positive demeanor with a focus on enhancing the customer experience
