The House of Mercier is seeking a Dutch Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistant to join our team remotely from Greece. In this critical role, you will provide immediate support to Dutch-speaking motorists during roadside emergencies. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency calls from Dutch-speaking clients requiring roadside assistance
- Diagnose vehicle issues over the phone and provide clear guidance, or coordinate necessary towing and repair services
- Maintain empathetic and reassuring communication with customers, ensuring they feel supported throughout their emergency situation
- Accurately document all service interactions in accordance with company procedures
- Collaborate with local service providers and emergency teams to facilitate prompt assistance
- Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction levels through effective service resolution
- Stay informed about company policies, roadside assistance protocols, and local traffic regulations to provide knowledgeable support
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of Greek is a plus
- Experience in customer service, emergency response, or the automotive sector is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer care
- Self-motivated and able to work independently within a remote setting
- Comfortable using computer systems and modern communication tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
