The House of Mercier is excited to announce a position for a Polish Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in fitness technology, available remotely from Greece. In this dynamic role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers, providing exceptional support regarding our innovative fitness technology products and services. Your fluency in Polish will enable you to assist clients effectively, helping them achieve their fitness goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Polish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to fitness technology
- Guide users in troubleshooting technical issues, providing detailed product information, and sharing best practices to maximize their fitness experience
- Manage customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring swift resolutions and high levels of satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records of inquiries and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently
- Stay informed about the latest trends in fitness technology and our product offerings to provide informed assistance
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and fostering brand loyalty
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support, especially within the fitness technology or related industries, is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and guide customers to appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with fitness technology products and experience with customer service software is a plus
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- A proactive approach to improving customer satisfaction and engagement within the fitness industry
