Responsibilities
- Moderate user-generated content on leading social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Review and analyze posts, comments, and messages in Polish for appropriateness and relevance
- Identify and report any violations of community standards, including hate speech, misinformation, and harassment
- Engage with users by responding to inquiries about moderation practices and community policies
- Collaborate with the moderation team to share insights and improve content moderation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of moderation decisions and assist in monitoring content trends
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and changes in platform policies
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Previous experience in content moderation, social media management, or a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret context accurately
- Excellent analytical skills and effective decision-making capabilities
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their moderation guidelines
- Able to work independently in a remote environment and collaboratively with a team
