Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat

- Translate and localize communications and content to cater to the Dutch audience
- Keep thorough records of interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with different departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency

- Participate in ongoing training sessions for personal development and skills enhancement
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch is essential; proficiency in English is also required
- Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
