Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support in Dutch through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers by accurately addressing inquiries related to our products and services
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly, maintaining clear records for future reference
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate issues and ensure that solutions are implemented effectively
- Stay informed about our product offerings and trends in the industry to provide informed assistance to customers
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and promote brand loyalty
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service is a plus, especially in a support capacity
