Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels including email, phone, and live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our FinTech solutions and help resolve any issues they may encounter
- Collect customer feedback and analyze it to identify trends and areas for service improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address and resolve customer issues
- Stay updated on product features and industry developments to provide knowledgeable support
- Promote a positive and engaging customer experience that fosters loyalty and satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance and feedback purposes
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the FinTech industry, is a plus
- Customer-focused mentality with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to explain complex financial technology concepts clearly and concisely
- Experience in gathering and utilizing customer insights for enhancing service quality
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online support tools
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a conducive remote work setup in Greece
