The House of Mercier is excited to offer a position for a Polish Speaking Customer Experience Associate to join our remote team based in Greece. In this essential role, you will be the main support for our Polish-speaking customers, providing them with outstanding assistance as they engage with our innovative FinTech solutions. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our FinTech products and ensure their concerns are resolved in a timely manner
- Gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback to improve our services and product offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions that ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about product features and industry trends to provide relevant and knowledgeable support
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and compliance purposes
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the technology or FinTech sector
- Strong dedication to customer satisfaction with excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Experience in utilizing customer feedback to enhance service delivery is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools is beneficial
- A positive attitude, teamwork, and adaptability to a remote work environment are essential
