Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues related to our products and services
- Educate customers on product functionalities and offer guidance on best practices for optimal use
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our support database
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries efficiently
- Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to enhance the quality of support provided
- Engage in ongoing training to further develop your technical skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service, particularly in technology-focused environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solid technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus
