The House of Mercier is excited to offer a position for a Polish Speaking Customer Support Representative focused on the banking industry, available for remote work in Greece. In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to various banking services. Your fluency in Polish will be crucial in delivering personalized support and ensuring a seamless banking experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Polish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries about banking products and services
- Guide clients in managing their accounts, facilitating transactions, and resolving any issues they encounter
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and ensure timely resolutions
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records of inquiries and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and work towards effective solutions
- Stay informed about the latest banking products, services, and regulations to provide knowledgeable assistance
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and promoting loyalty within the banking industry
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support, specifically in the banking or financial services industry, is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions
- Familiarity with banking products and services, as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements, is a plus
