Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Assist customers with order processing, product inquiries, and managing returns or exchanges
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Document all interactions accurately to maintain records and follow up on outstanding inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to address more complex customer issues and provide thorough solutions
- Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to offer accurate assistance to clients
- Work towards achieving performance goals related to customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
