YouDream TECH HUB is seeking a skilled and motivated Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.
As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- General office duties: Handling phone calls emails and correspondence
- Front Desk: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain office supplies
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and handling the booking system of the training room
Requirements:
- Professional Attire is a must
- Proven work experience as a Secretary or Office Administrator
- Excellent organizational skills
- Communication skills, written and verbal in both Greek and English
language (minimum B2)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive personality
- Secretarial studies will be an asset
