We are looking for a Performance Manager to join our team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of gaming-related investments, including detailed financial and operational assessments;
- Develop and implement performance management strategies to maximize ROI and business outcomes;
- Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align goals and ensure consistent execution of strategies;
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark and identify growth opportunities within the gaming sector;
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior management and investors.
Essential professional experience:
- Proven experience in investment roles such as Investment Analyst or Portfolio Manager;
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis;
- Knowledge or experience in the gaming industry, with a clear understanding of its dynamics and trends;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey complex data effectively;
- Strategic mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement;
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
