As a Junior HR Officer, you will play a key role in assisting with various HR functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR process. You will work closely with the HR Manager to support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative tasks.
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR within hospitality industry is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and personal information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisal and feedback systems.
